  Dr. Friedrichs was who my mother recommended I see when I was pregnant, because he was the same doctor who delivered me and my youngest brother, and who she recalled was her favorite of the bunch. I can not say anything about the other doctors or nurses (so this is the ONLY reason I am giving them 3 stars and not 1), but Dr. Friedrichs and the nurse I saw were very unprofessional and made me extremely uncomfortable. Dr. Friedrichs called me a "kid" in a very negative and insulting way. I would have understood under certain circumstances calling someone "kid" would be something friendly and endearing, however this was not the case. I was 24 at the time, but both married and a professional- not a kid in any way. I don't like being treated like one, especially while pregnant. This was the worst of his offense, but not the only one. It still bothers me thinking about the way both the doctor and nurses treated me. I ended up switching to a midwife in Nashua and I could not have been happier! There was an immediate change in the level of respect I received after leaving Lamprey. Not only that but the practice at lamprey is outdated.

  I have been a patient at Lamprey Health for the last 6 years. The doctors and staff are all understanding, kind, caring and helpful. With three office locations open daily and the Raymond office being open on Sunday as well, they are always able to fit me in when something unexpected comes up. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a new primary care doctor.
